Alice Alexander
The designer behind Alice Alexander is a beautiful, 6ft tall women who had trouble finding clothes that truly fit her, so she decided to create her own collection. She has since hired multiple female seamstresses that benefit from a flexible schedule and fair pay. She is a direct to consumer brand which means she keeps her prices fair by cutting out the middle man (we do this too!) She focuses on plus sized bodies, but she can make clothing for any body. Lobo Mau
A brand I became familiar with after moving my business to Philly, Lobo Mau specializes in incredible screen printing. Their pieces are dramatic in both shape and color, but are often made of a stretchy material so you can wear them anytime! They can adjust lengths/hems easily so you can be sure it will fit! I had the pleasure of meeting Ilka at Old Soul Decor, a shop we are both featured in. She makes some seriously amazing candles, scrubs, oils and more. Everything is handmade in Malvern and the highest quality only. You might not be able to smell her work online, but I promise they are some of the best scented candles I have ever smelled.
